Très agréable sejour dans ce gite plein de charme

Malgré la proximité des autres gites, l'endroit est au calme au milieu de la nature. La maison est très bien agencée, rien ne manque. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais la temperature extérieure nous fait d'autant plus apprécier sa fraîcheur. Nous avons eu un souci avec le frigo/congelateur pourtant neuf et tres rapidement Sophie et André nous ont depanné d'un autre frigo, le reparateur est tres vite intervenu. La situation du gite est idyllique pour visiter cette magnifique region. La cuisine , la salle de bain et le salon ont ete rénovés avec beaucoup de gout, les photos sont à réactualiser. L'exterieur est vieillissant et meriterait un petit rajeunissement ainsi que le mobilier de jardin. Merci aux proprietaires. Marie ange

There was no-one to greet us on arrival. When the lady did arrive she didn’t come over the door to show us anything. The upstairs shower was broken, we were told a plumber had been sent but nobody came. The photos on line are very out of date. There are loose chunks of stonework around the property. On arrival the house was full of flies and wasps. The area was nice, with good places to visit. We were disappointed with the property, sadly. The week before we had stayed in another HomeAway house, it was lovely.

Très jolie maison dans un cadre reposant

Séjour très agréable dans une maison offrant toutes les commodités, bien aménagée et spacieuse. Terrasse et piscine permettant de profiter du très beau temps. L'endroit est fait pour se reposer et visiter la région. Tout s'est très bien passé pour la réservation et l'accueil sur place. La maison est à 10 minutes de Montignac où l'on trouve tout. 30 minutes de Sarlat. Seul bémol, la connexion wifi est parfois difficile, sans doute liée à l'isolement de la maison. Nous recommandons cette location.

Maison très agréable bien équipée

Très jolie maison, proche de deux autres villas de location, avec cuisine équipée, belle piscine privée et vue magnifique et dégagée sur des champs et les bois. Jardin non clos. Bel accueil (vin dans le frigidaire). Wifi. Proximité du très beau village de Saint Amand de Coly et de ceux de Saint Génies et Montignac-Lascaux. Point faible, le côut élevé du ménage: forfait unique de 100 euros quel que soit le nombre de personnes (nous étions 2 et n’avons pas utilisé l’etage) et il y en avait pour 2 h maximum de ménage. Forfaitchien également injustifié ( pas de présence dans la maison de tapis, de moquette ou de canapés en tissu pouvant justifier un ménage complémentaire).

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , la maison et le hameau sont superbes, très bien placés, et isolés de la route, nous avions l'impression d'être seuls au monde et nous avons eu un temps magnifique. Nous avons fait de grandes balades dans les forêts et le soir, nous faisons un bon feu de bois dans la cheminée et nous prenions l'apéro autour de cette même cheminée, c'était super Merci et peut-être à une prochaine fois

Très étonné par le changement de tarif au moment de louer cette maison ! Le prix Abritel pour 4 nuitées/4 personnes fin mars est de 329 € au total et la propriétaire annonce par mail 500 € + le chauffage pour la même période concernée ......... Pas très sympa et en contradiction avec l'esprit du site. Vraiment déçu !!!

Superbe maison typique dans le Perigord

La maison est typique de la région, située à l'écart des grandes routes dans un hameau protégé avec une vue dégagée sur la forêt environnante. On a l'impression d'être seuls au monde malgré une localisation idéale pour les visites Il faut cependant un véhicule pour se déplacer, mais il est également possible de partir à pied de la maison pour de grandes randonnées champêtres ( par exemple, nous sommes partis à pied pour aller visiter Lascaux II). Et le soir, les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques, sur la terrasse au soleil !

Oléandre " Les Lauriers"

Très bel endroit, partiellement isolé. Très jolie maison, bien équipée. Cuisine face à la terrasse et piscine ayant une vue sur les prairies, bois... Proche de Montignac ( 7 km ) et de Sarlat ( 20 km ). Situation idéale pour toutes les visites et hors du bruit.... Possibilité de rester près de la piscine ou de se promener en pleine nature. Nous y reviendrons.
