Walk to restaurants, the Riverwalk, and reach Fort Moore in 15 minutes. With open-concept living, space for 10 guests, and a large outdoor area, it’s ideal for gatherings. Lofted ceilings add brightness and space. Enjoy a full kitchen, large beds, quality linens, and towels. We've included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know what to expect. The Space: Come and enjoy! As you enter our home, you will be greeted by a cozy living room complete with a large flat screen Roku TV. Our fully stocked kitchen will provide you with everything you need, helping you feel at home! The eat-in kitchen also provides plenty of space for family and friends to gather. Choose between two bedrooms located on the lower floor. One room has one queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. In the living room, you will find a sleeper sofa that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The full bed is up the spiral staircase - perfect for kids and friends, but please note that some might find the stairs challenging. We look forward to hosting you in our home! \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* \*\*\*Vacuum available upon request\*\*\* Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have access to the full house, and back yard. There are no other tenants or guests on the property. The Neighborhood: We LOVE the historic district - enjoy walking to coffee at Old Iron Bank, shows at the Springer or the Theater, and more good restaurants and bars than we can fit here. Getting Around: 1 block from Broadway, 2 blocks from the Riverwalk - perfect for walking and biking around Columbus. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. It took a bit to figure out the many many light switches---someone should really fix that--can't turn off overhead living room light because it is connected to the dining area light--even I know that is not the way it should be. There is no shelves in the shower so you must bend down to pick up anything and no holder for soap. I would rent again however I hope you continue to improve this property. The dining area, kitchen, and living room were spacious enough. However, can't say it was comfortable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, one of the bathrooms needs un update, the bathtub is not comfortable to take a shower in. There was a strange bedroom upstairs. The only way to get there is to climb snail stairs. My only issue with the place was the fact that the listing stated it was a 4 bedroom house. When we arrived with discovered the house only had a master, another en-suite bedroom, and a loft with two twin beds. I do not know why it was listed as a 4 bedroom, except they were counting the loft and the pullout couch in the living room as "bedrooms". We reserved this property because we thought we would have 4 "private" rooms for everyone. Overall we enjoyed the property and we made it work. I contacted the owner and he said he was unsure why it was listed that way and would take care of it. ##### Melissa D. Neighboring houses have manicured lawns with obvious upgrades to homes so the Craftsman's ankle high grass with a boarded house next door definitely stood out as a rental property. The cigarette butts on the steps& porch and the overflowing garbage cans at the curb definitely didn't make a good first impression. But, the interior was clean with fresh linens& towels in the bedrooms. The house is spacious but minimally furnished. The kitchen has little counter space and cooking utensils need some additions. The back door is a security risk with the glass adjacent to the dead bolt. But the neighborhood is quiet and we had no disturbances. We had a minor issue with the tv but called the contact & promptly received assistance. Instructions for router location and for ingress/egress with the keyless locking system would be helpful. Having abundant hot water is a big plus so overall, our stay was a good one. Thank you. ##### Theresa T. This is a two bedroom with loft (the twin beds are in a loft above the living/dinning room with very shaky stairs leading to the loft). The home was dirty and smelled highly of moth balls/chemicals upon arrival - making my family feel sick. There was also issues with the master bed and the freezer was unusable. After sharing these issues with the host the bed was fixed and we were told we would be moved to another property they owned in the area, that they would be in touch. Hours went by and when I followed up the response was that we were not to be moved. After having VRBO help, we were moved to another property owned by the host. That property also had issues, and rents at a lower price. The host will not acknowledge the change in price/refund the difference on the nightly charge. ##### Mary H. Beds were super comfy and clean. Home is much larger than anticipated. Great laundry area. We were truly happy to have our dogs with us. We were able to walk them safely through the downtown area. The fenced in backyard was great for a quick doggy pee-pee. The location is an easy commute to Fort Benning, just off of Veteran's parkway. The only CON we have was the Television had pink marks on the screen and children's hand print smeared all over it, still watchable but distracting. I'm not even sure the owners are aware of it.
