Good, but not warm

Everything seemed good, but the heater in the room would not adjust to a high enough temperature to be warm and comfortable.

Christmas 2015

The breakfast every morning was delicious. Even though it was a holiday I was disappointed that there was no meal service beyond breakfast. The only other place we could get an evening meal in town on Christmas night was the Sapp Bros. truck stop. The remodel on the rooms was desperately needed and well done. The bartender in the bistro was extremely friendly and helpful. The bartenders in the lounge were downright redneck scary. As far as cleaning the room it was hit and miss. Our coffee supply was never replenished and in fact nothing on the coffee bar was touched by the staff for 3 days. The bathroom was spacious and clean however the exhaust fan didn't work.

Make more breakfast sandwiches :-)

I stay here very often. Normally there is great service. It is a great place to stay. Probably the best in Columbus. My only complaint is that they are ALWAYS out of their breakfast sandwiches in the morning. I have stayed here 6 or 7 times in the last couple months and only once did they have them out and available. Even then I got the last one.

The breakfast was great the front desk people where nice and helpful the pool was a lot of fun my kids loved it

Pool is perect for kids!

I picked Ramada for my kids. They have a great kids pool area with slides. They had a great time!

It was a nice stay. Really liked the restaurant on site. Good food and friendly staff. My only complaint was I was given a handicap accessible room when I fif not request it. The bathroom was not very accomodating.
