Great Place

I stay here about once a week. It is a great place to stay. The staff is great and the hotel is clean. The on site restaurant is a good place to eat. The only issue I have is the irons in the rooms are terrible.

Property has made a huge investment in updating and improving the facility and it has paid off. Very nice conference/banquet facilities and guest rooms are current and in good condition. Very impressed with the updates!

Good, but not warm

Everything seemed good, but the heater in the room would not adjust to a high enough temperature to be warm and comfortable.

Christmas 2015

The breakfast every morning was delicious. Even though it was a holiday I was disappointed that there was no meal service beyond breakfast. The only other place we could get an evening meal in town on Christmas night was the Sapp Bros. truck stop. The remodel on the rooms was desperately needed and well done. The bartender in the bistro was extremely friendly and helpful. The bartenders in the lounge were downright redneck scary. As far as cleaning the room it was hit and miss. Our coffee supply was never replenished and in fact nothing on the coffee bar was touched by the staff for 3 days. The bathroom was spacious and clean however the exhaust fan didn't work.

Make more breakfast sandwiches :-)

I stay here very often. Normally there is great service. It is a great place to stay. Probably the best in Columbus. My only complaint is that they are ALWAYS out of their breakfast sandwiches in the morning. I have stayed here 6 or 7 times in the last couple months and only once did they have them out and available. Even then I got the last one.
