The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring elegant hardwood floors and an ensuite bath that has been thoughtfully updated with a stunning tile shower. The Neighborhood: Located in close proximity to Ft. Benning, this home offers the convenience of being near this esteemed military installation. Additionally, it is perfectly situated close to various shopping areas, ensuring that all your retail needs are just a stone's throw away. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. However, a few issues affected our stay. The hall bathroom shower leaked onto the floor, the other toilet ran constantly, and most concerning was what appeared to be mold in the vents. After a couple of days, we all developed cold-like symptoms, including our infant.We reported everything to the manager, who said the issues were resolved and confirmed there was no mold.
