It features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modernly designed bathrooms which can accommodate up to 14 guests. This house boasts its transom windows, cozy porches, high ceilings and beautiful landscaping. Take a look at our kitchen with complete amenities for you to cook your favorite dish. We also have RokuTV and Wifi for your entertainment. A charcoal grill is also available for use outside. Our home is surely perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful and a lovely getaway! We are excited to host you soon! The Space: Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. There are few steps in the front patio to reach the front door. Once you go inside, you will discover an elegant and relaxing living room with decorative fireplace. Off the living room, you will see a little hallway that leads to bedrooms and a bathroom. Off to the right will lead you to the dining room and the kitchen. There is a sitting area near sliding door which is your way going to the back patio or the carport. We have table, chairs, BBQ grill for your use outside. Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in a residential area with easy access on major highways, interstates, restaurants, and shopping centers. Only minutes away from Lakebottom Park! Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Property is very nice, clean and inviting. We had a small problem with code and entering the front door but manager was very pleasant and efficient and that was taken care of almost immediately. Was a quick drive to many things, including fort benning where my son was graduating from. The kitchen table is huge! We had fun all sitting together eating meals, playing games, and catching up. Beds were super comfy. Easy check in and check out. We left a clean house but the only thing on check out list was to place dishes in dishwasher and turn off all lights/lock doorsCons- temperature could not stay at a decent temperature. It was either a sauna or an igloo. No in between. The listing states it has seating for 14… where besides dining table. There is only a 2 seater sofa and a chair in living room. Only 1 TV in whole house. When traveling with kids, that’s a bummer for chill down time. Kitchen isn’t very equipped to cook many meals, limited pots and pans and cooking utensils. Bed sheets in master bedroom were filthy. I travel with my own thankfully. House needs major updating. Bathrooms were horrible and main bathroom door could not be shut all the way. On VRBO Appears to be a lovingly updated and cared for cottage. Home was dirty and dated. Cockroaches ( alive and dead)in kitchen and living areas. Dirty plate( covered in pasta sauce) and utensils found in kitchen drawer. Witnessed what appeared to be an attempted car break in late evening . Individual appeared to be on drugs. Called 9-1-1\. Sliding patio door is “ secured” with a broomstick. …we did not feel safe at this property with 3 young children. Old peeling( lead?)paint on walls and trim. Broken cornhole boards and overgrown yard with cigarette butts strewn throughout the yard . I would be ashamed to list this property as it is on VRBO. Due to the condition and lack of safety and security of the property, we contacted them and told them we were checking out 2 days early. Management offered to refund the cleaning fee and come out to treat the property for roaches. It has been a week since we expressed our concerns. We still have not received the refund or any apology for their deception and lack of concern. They should’ve offered, at the very least, to refund all host/management service fees also, since we didn’t receive any “ service”..Will not rent anything again from PFH( owner of property) after this experience, especially since we expected them to “ make things right” after expressing our concerns.
