The host is very responsive and everything was as they said it would be. There weren’t any coffee pods so the host ordered some to have delivered. That’s going above and beyond! 4 small bath towels were provided, no hand towels for the bathrooms. Would have liked to have a TV in the bedroom, but it was nice to have a smart TV in the living room. The bed was very comfortable. It was a quiet place other than some traffic outside the primary window as it is on the street side of the complex. Knowing which garage to park in or what elevator to take was a little cumbersome at first, but we figured it out. We’d definitely stay here again. It’s a gorgeous property all around. I wish there were more “Italian” shops to go to as it’s in the Italian village, but maybe that’s coming eventually. Once you figure out how to get in Super clean new apartment. Felt safe and had pretty much everything you could need. My husband enjoyed the small balcony. The beds were super comfy. My main complaint was the parking pass was lost by previous guests, so we had to find a space WAY out of the way AND during a thunderstorm. My Dad got there first and had a difficult time trying to find the apartment. The walk to the apartment itself is quite the trek through the building unless you take the stairs or can go up the elevator through the garage. Everything is beautiful and so clean. We didnt get to use the pool due to rain but it was gorgeous. Lots of indoor garage parking available. It really isnt walking distance to anything but its like a gated community that felt safe. Street noise for the master bedroom was a downside for us. We live in the suburbs and are not used to traffic sounds. The condo itself is very quiet and we heard zero neighbor noise. Owner was very attentive when a blip arised and solved the issue immediately. Great owner communication. ##### Ethel L.
