The construction in the hotel was a bit much and a turn around off. We were led to believe that it was only in the lobby, but it was actually all over the hotel.

Thé hotel was going thru updates and that wasn’t clear before booking it was a bit of a hassle as everything was thru the back entrance and quite dirty but the room’s were very clean and the staff was nice

The room smelled terrible. The bed smelled terrible. The bathroom had water all over the floor and the toilet seat when I arrived. It seemed like the room had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. I just felt dirty the entire time I was in the room

The room was very nice and comfortable but: We were not warned that the hotel is being renovated which resulted in many problems in every area of the property. The TV could only play one channel and the staff were not able to offer a solution.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but the king bed was very nice. The hot breakfast was excellent.

We do have a few microwaves that you can request from the host during your next stay. All of our rooms come with an iron and ironing board, so I sincerely apologize your room was missing that amenities. Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us.
Very nice staff, decent breakfast, but noise from the highway. Loved that we could charge our electric car.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel was under construction and security guards were walking around the hotel which had a special flavor and touch of ghetto fabulous. One of the security weirdos walked by my room glaring inside like the gestappo which was extra creepy. For being in Dublin Ohio that was a great sh!t show. Thanks for the free entertainment.

No hot water between 9:00 and 6:00 due to construction. Parking lot access limited due to construction on drive. Wasn’t notified of construction until after reservation was made. We would have chosen another Hyatt had we known.

Everything and everyone was nice. Maybe could have used a microwave in the room we had a little sink to wash stuff if need be and mini fridge to keep things cold but no way to heat or reheat stuff other then that great place to stay.

Staff at front desk lied about our room. I reserved a king room and when we checked in we were told they were oversold on king rooms so we had got bumped to a double bed room. My husband said thats fine as long as they aren't full size beds. The front desk women looked at him and kinda smirked and continued to check us in. We get to the room and find out they are two full size beds! He goes strait back down and talks to her again abd she basically says since we already checked in theres nothing she can/will do. Horrible experience here.

The light bulb in the bathroom was burned out and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. The end table in the sitting area was sticky with drink marks.
I had made the reservation for our family in my name thinking the rooms would be together but the best they could do was get us on the same floor.
When checking in Agent charged my card to another room then charged my card again for my room. Both posted on my credit card. Jamie said she removed it. So frustrating. Manager not available until the next day to assist. Not much help. Gave me points. So aggravating. Would love to write an email to corporate office.
Love the layout of the room!! It’s about time the typical hotel room was reimagined!!!! The faucet in the bathtub was running nonstop and left a puddle in the tub. It in NO way affected my satisfaction with my stay.
Hotel is in need of some cosmetic upgrades - particularly the elevators and room doors, etc. which are worn/paint chipped. But it was nice and clean and the room was very large.The area is extremely convenient to dining and shopping at the staff was excellent.
The hotel was clean and convenient to my location of vacation. The employees was respectful and informative. However, one day of my stay there was a power outage but when I returned it was all fixed.
It was dirty, we stood at the reception desk because the individual was “not at the desk” for 15 minutes. My comforter had what appeared to be period blood on the comforter so we had to get a new one. Our shower was clogged so we stood in 6 inches of water to shower.
I enjoy Hyatt Place. It was very easy to stream from my drive to the TV. Room was great and bed was super comfortable.
Breakfast selection was excelllent. I’ve been looking for a hotel I can come back to in the area, and this is it.
