Nice Stay

Pros: The rooms are updated with two flat screen TV's, a full size stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
Cons: Getting to the hotel can be a little tricky if your coming in from 270. We had to make a u-turn and go back as there was not a left turn.
Location: The location is nice, felt safe and was not far from attractions. There were several restaurants and shopping places in the area.
We recently stayed overnight with our grandchildren. Check-in was easy and efficient, staff was friendly and helpful. We requested a downstairs room due to having young children and we were accommodated. Room was very nice and clean, other than the carpet had not been vacuumed behind the sofa bed thoroughly. There was no bedbug cover on the sofa bed which was a little concerning, but after checking there were no bugs.The room needed a better spare blanket as the one in the closet was full of holes and what appeared to be cigarette burns even though we were in a non-smoking room. There were no linens supplied in the room for the sofa bed. The pool and hot tub were very nice and appeared cared for. Breakfast was your typical breakfast and adequate for our needs.

OK hotel

Staff is rude. It says check in is at 3 but has to wait till 4:30 for our rooms to be cleaned. Was offered a snack while we waited and then told it was in the vending machine

Right off Rt 70

Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: Showers...I would have expected a better shower for the room price. Television, they had HBO I had trouble finding anything but news and sports.
Close to restaurants and shopping. Short drive to downtown Columbus and many things to do.

Great hotel but needs wifi boost

We had a great stay and will definitely come back! We didn't explore the neighborhood, as we were there for a sporting event in the city. So cant comment on that. Everything but wifi was great.

Very spacious room, good for larger families. Comfortable and clean. Hotel was still completing renovation, some areas being painted. The pool area needs some work, water was clean and kids enjoyed it, however the pool deck area was dangerously slippery. No evidence of a drytron unit or humidity control in pool area. Good value for the money. 3.5 out of 5!

Our stay was nice. The room & pool were clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend the third floor though, the floors are super creaky and the people above us were really loud. The halls are super noisy too, but we were in a suite so it wasn't bad from the bedroom. Front desk was helpful & friendly. Only one crib for the entire hotel though! They shouldn't list that as an amenity. It was being used by someone else, so I got to sit up all night holding a baby.

Sara Lowery at the front desk was great, made us feel like we were REALLY WELCOME. Nice WARM breakfast Overall nice place to stay.We will be back.
