It was our first time in the city so we didn't know what to expect. The condo was very nice and had everything we were looking for. It was in a great location near the COSI science museum and across the bridge from downtown. It was a terrific base for our outings all over the city. Overall an excellent property that matches the listing 100%. I stayed here for a week with my wife and 3.5 year old. The tub is convenient for the kiddos bath time and the 2 beds made it easy for my son to sleep with my wife and for me to sleep in the other room. Entry and exit are very easy with the key fob and parking is a convenient parking garage with a 24/7 parking pass so you don't pay for any parking. The neighborhood, Franklinton, is an up and coming neighborhood located downtown in Columbus. It's a mix of quiet residential streets and a revitalized industrial area with galleries and event spaces in old factory buildings. The property is well appointed and Don was a great host: very helpful and considerate. For example, when the neighborhood lost power, Don contacted us and brought candles to the unit for our use. I would recommend that the entry instructions include explicit language that makes guests aware that there are two buildings with the same name adjacent to each other. I arrived at the wrong location and it took a bit of investigation to find the right location. (The address is not as prominently displayed on the exterior of the property as it might be, and just explaining that the entrance is adjacent to the photo studio might be enough!).
