We had a room booked and so did my in laws and we asked how we could have rooms next to each other on the ground floor. We were given instructions to call that morning so we did. Staff was nice - room was clean- beds were fine- bathroom shower had a broken curtain ring and drain but nothing that ruined anything - just needed fixed
