"It’s a very nice place to stay with. The only thing is there’s no staff available when you need supplies like toilet paper or garbage bag. It says staff available from 4pm to 7pm but when we check at 5 pm there’s no one in the office. There’s no extra garbage bag. It’s good we have extra toilet paper in 1 Rm 😊 maybe the people should check what they need when they check in and ask the staff right away. Also we would like to use the sauna and the fire pit but there’s no one to ask to😔"

"I gave it a 4 star because the beds were hard as boards. They had extra bedspreads that my wife added on top of the mattress which made it tolerable. Other than that, good value, very clean and great staff. Also, walking distance to restaurants and shopping."

"Found the property is getting run down. Rugs need to be replaced on the whole property especially the rooms and make sure to wear shoes or bring extra footwear would not walk in just socks. The walls needs to be cleaned and painted as very dirty in whole inside of home. Visible water leak on ceiling in common area. Needs more attention to customers during breakfast time as only one person serving. Have to ask for silverware, mugs and no dishes available to customers in the evening as all taken away. Plus side is great location , lots of parking and beds are comfortable."

"Beautiful views and a really enjoyable stay. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us an early check-in. Rustic appearance, easy parking, close-by hot-pot and bubble tea. Bit of a walk into town but very close drive to the hot springs and shops/restaurants. Thanks for having us, looking forward to our next stay at the Radium Chalet."
