Overall the hotel is great, with a lovely consistent theme throughout. Fresh coffee in the lobby is welcome. However, I noticed a few mystery stains on the walls, both in my room and the 3rd floor lobby area outside my room. In my room the wallpaper was peeling in spots.

The room is right below the AC system, annoying noise all day long, together with other people talk, walk, the sound insulation is ZERO, now is 23:50, I can clearly heard what people are talking in the passageway. Noisy. Not recommend if you need a silent place to rest

I always enjoy my stay at Stoney Creek, however, this time they put me in a basement room that needed a new mattress. Also, the AC in my room could not keep the room cool. Otherwise, my room was clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was good.

I stayed two nights. The toilet in my room broke the first night (couldn’t flush the toilet). Talked to the front desk about it first thing the next morning. Also, the lotion, body wash and conditioner container s were empty and the ice machine near my room didn’t work. Nothing had changed when I checked out.

So it seemed nice until we went to the swimming pool area and there was used dirty bandaids throughout the pool area... Then take out kids to the room and the find a cap to a syringe and I almost lost my anger took it to the front desk and showed them and all that was done was a simple oh yeah sorry

Wonderful place. All the staff is so warm, friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and very well kept. My favorite place to stay when visiting Mizzou!

The hotel room was nice however the ceiling tiles throughout the hotel were falling down and no one was cleaning the mess just left the crumbs from the tile laying on the floor for everyone to walk over. The toilet was barely able to flush and needs a plunger. There was no explanation on how to activate the whirlpool tub had to figure it out our self because front desk had no clue on how they worked. Breakfast tasted.like it was leftovers from the day before the food was horrible to say the least. If those few things were corrected we would for sure stay again.

Really great staff. Had a mix up with the rooms and they fixed without any effort or frustration. Rooms were great, just a bit dated. Everything was clean and proper in general is in good shape. Really good value for the price and location.

The room we stayed in was large and roomy and dated. It was a good size for our family while driving across country and had a kitchenette, which we were not expecting. The elevator lobby had a strange smell, the pool area was a little run down and the hot tub was not super hot, and the jets working. Not a terrible experience but not one that I feel like I need to make a point to stay here again if driving across country.

Hot tub great, swimming pool was perfec5. Decorated perfect and intertaining. Food was good. They had pancakes made fresh for you. Bed was comfortable. Negative side they ran out of free towels at rhe pool. We worked it out. A fun place!

Checking in was easy and efficient. I was upgraded to a king suite because a a girls championship team was staying and need double beds. My room was very nice, clean and stocked. Free breakfast in the morning and coffee available in the room as well as lobby all day. There was a bar as well as a snack shop to purchase late night snacks. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was quiet. The bed was firm but amazing. All and all a good stay and yes, I will stay again!

Ok Overall, but it was obvious many rooms for non-smokers were being used by smokers. Did not feel like a hotel to travel with family, which is completely opposite to their marketing strategy.

The staff that was there fruday and Saturday till around 3pm was amazing. Front desk lady was so very helpful and friendly. Saturday evening wasnt friendly. Pool room didnt have towels and was told backed uo in laundry. A gentlemen did bring some towels and was friendly. Staff sunday was friendly. Hotel is pretty and inside was set up nice. Did book a queen bed byt i am pretty sure they was full beds. I would definitely come back and stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is showing signs of age and use. I had to mess with the wall unit because it was 56 degrees in the room and ended up resetting it by accident but it started blowing warm air after that. Other than that no complaints, barely heard other people. Only stayed one night.

Lightbulb was out in the bathroom. Shower gel was empty but of course I didn’t know it until I was showering. Wall light did not work. While checking in there was a belligerent woman yelling at a police officer by the front desk which I think rattled the front desk person because she didn’t tell me when/where breakfast was or where any of the other things like the pool, bar, ice machine were located. For a hotel this size, the breakfast area was very small and not enough tables so several people had to take their food back to their rooms to eat. Bed and pillow were very comfortable and other than the crazy lady at check in, the room was quiet.

Like the cottage style room. The bed is comfortable. The in room thermostat works as it should. I like the ceiling fan and the bathroom was very clean.
