It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and very convenient to some walking trails, Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We were visiting our college daughter for her family weekend. Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of room to spread out and was very comfortable. We cooked some big meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The back yard is really pretty, and we enjoyed sitting out there and, in the evenings, the hot tub was so nice. The house was very nice and perfect for our family of 4\. Property was as described. It has a few bumps and bruises in some walls, doors and floors, but to be expected for a rental. Nothing that was distracting or took away from the experience. Even though it was not in immediate area of Pikes Peak and g of the g's, it was still close enough to be very convenient and this area was much less crowded. Would definitely stay again ##### Cody H. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great touch and the space in general is great. This property was perfect because when she stayed with me on the weekends there was space for her to relax and enjoy.
