We absolutely loved staying in the beautiful house and we thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time together playing games in the game room, relaxing in the hot tub, and eating breakfast on the deck. The location of the home was perfect for us to be close to the activities in Colorado Springs, but far enough that we could relax without the hustle and bustle of the interstate traffic. Loved it!House is very cozy and plenty to do even with a park for the kids in walking distance near by.Great restaurants close and Santas North Pole just 4 min away by car.Don’t let the drive way…drive you away. There is another parking spot up at the top. The stay and the area is worth it.If you are visiting in winter time, snow chains just in case. It is a very good house. However, I advised property manager to update the house for what they are charging for. Appliances are ancient and need updating. Both Entries are not easy with luggage but manageable. Gameroom is in the garage not attached to the house. Hot tub was excellent. Thermostat is hanging by a thread and need replacement. Lighting is dull. Outside area is practically non useable. House needs pest control. It had everything we needed. We were all able to do stairs ok which is a must both inside and outside when staying here. The location was great as we were close to so many fun things to do!! Communication with the host was great. The outside grounds needed a few more solar lights on the front and back stairs to help light things up. We loved having the hot tub! We would recommend this property to others as long as they have no issues using stairs :) Such a fun stay! ##### Carol S.
