Our children and my husbands sister and her 2 adult kids and one of their 1-yo child came as well. 7 adults and 1 child in total. It was a perfect situation. All adults had their own spacious bedroom. There are a total of 4 bathrooms w showers. There is a playroom on the bottom floor that the 1 year old very much enjoyed. I would absolutely consider staying again if the need arises to travel back to Colorado Springs. Kaitlyn was very responsive with all my questions (within 5 minutes, easily). Wide driveway for easy parking. It was perfect for a large family. The 5 full bathrooms meant that there was no waiting. 2 separate living spaces enabled people to split off and do their own thing. Plenty of chairs so we were able to get our entire family of 12 around the large dining room table. Convenient to the freeway and all attractions in the Colorado Springs area. Communication was very prompt when I had questions. The master room shower had a nozzle issue, the fire alarm battery was low so that was going off on and off, and we couldn't find many cleaning supplies to wash dishes.
