We were so happy with this rental cabin. We took our daughter's family for a vacation in the mountains and it was perfect for our group. We were so impressed with how well stocked it was. Have never stayed in a rental that had such a well stocked kitchen...such a luxury to not have to buy extra spices or worry about paper towels and dishwasher detergent. There was an empty hummingbird feeder on the deck so I made food with the sugar in the kitchen and we were rewarded with a hummingbird show all week. Although we bought laundry detergent we wouldn't have had to. Looks like everyone leaves what they bring there. The kids were impressed with all the games and crafts and we kept jigsaw puzzles going the whole week. It was a short drive to Cripple Creek and the fireworks on the 4th of July were wonderful. Although it took 45 min to an hour to get to Manitou and a few other attractions we really liked being "out of town" and the views were wonderful! We also enjoyed the towns of Cripple Creek and Victor, which are short drives away. This cabin comes exactly as advertised and was wonderful.
