We did not like it at all. We almost got sick at this hotel. There is no cleanliness and hygiene. It is a one star hotel

悪いことから書いてしまい申し訳ないのですが、重要なので・・・ まず2019年2月、3月にこのホテルを予約しようとしている方が、私のコメント見ている場合、朝食込みのプランはやめるべきです。 現在のこのホテルのページでは、ホテルにレストランがあって、朝食はビュッフェを楽しめるかのように書かれていますが、現在レストランは工事中のため使用できません。 朝食は提供されますが、トーストされていないパン2枚が、ジャムとバターを塗られてサンドイッチのようになっているものと、ミルクティーと、ピンク色の何かのジュースだけです。 ですから、朝食込みのプランで予約をするとお金を損します。 ホテルの入り口は、非常に狭く、見つけにくいです。通りから狭い入り口を入り、エレベーターで2階（日本的に）のロビーでチェックインをします。ロビーは広いとは言えませんが、悪くありません。ビルの中なので、昼間でも少し暗く感じるのは残念です。 部屋の広さは十分だと思います。 部屋はキレイとは言えません。清掃も行き届いていませんでした。 部屋のゴミ箱には、おそらく私の前に宿泊していた人のゴミが入っていました。 壁には、紙で作った意味がない飾りが付けられていましたが、壁の汚れを隠すことはできていません。 エアコンのポジションも変なところにあるので、部屋が涼しくなるまで時間がかかります。 シャワー＆トイレですが、こちらも問題ありです。 まず、シャワーの水を出す取っ手のところですが、水が漏れいていて修理されていません。テープが巻かれていたので、以前から漏れているのだと思います。その下にバケツが置かれており、そこに水が落ちる音が常にうるさいです。 また、石鹸ですが、石鹸を置く場所があるのですが、そこに前に使っていた「人たち」の石鹸が起きっぱなしで、新しい石鹸は置かれていませんでした。「人たち」と書いたのは、そこに石鹸が2つあったので、前からそのままなのだろうと想像しました。 トイレットペーパーも、湿気でふやけてボロボロでした。 バスタオルは1枚ありましたが、それだけです。 ちょっと手をふくためのハンドタオルのようなものはありません。 またホテル情報に「空港送迎シャトルサービス (24 時間対応) を有料でご利用いただけます」とありますが、これは半分ウソです。正確には、事前予約をしておけば、24時間いつでもサービスの準備をしてくれる、ということです。つまり、夜中にいきなり「空港へ行きたいからタクシーを呼んでほしい」と言っても、「もう夜遅いからタクシーを呼べない」と断られます。 私は、トゥクトゥクで空港まで行きました。それはそれで、安くて良かったですが・・・ このホテルの救いは、スタッフがフレンドリーで、困ったことがあっても、ある程度は助けてくれるということです。 私の場合は、タオルをもう1枚欲しいと言ったら、すぐに持ってきてくれたり、ロビーでは夜中の空港までのタクシーは断られましたが、セキュリティの人は、トゥクトゥクを拾うのを助けてくれました。 スタッフの方が良かったので、気分は悪くなりませんでしたが、ここを予約する人は、私の感想をよく読んで、心の準備をしてから行った方がいいです。
