"We had a triple twin bed room with one bed and the only bathroom upstairs in a loft inside the room. We would prefer to have a room with bathroom on the same floor but there was no availability when we booked. The room is spacious. The heater works good. The parking situation was unclear. There were about 4 spots in front of the property but had private parking signs. The first day of arrival, the manager asked me to park inside the garage door - manually opened from inside. There are maybe room for 3 cars. Then we had to go out, and came back about 10:30 pm but there were 2 cars in front of the garage door blocking entrance. I ended up parking on a 1 hour parking zone on the street. I was worried about getting a parking ticket, but there is no one at reception and no way of finding anyone. I used Hotels.com website to contact the property using the message function, but no one responds. The same thing happened the next night, and I ended up parking in one of the private parking spots over night. We checked out the next morning. The manager do not speak much English, so communication for me is a bit difficult. The location is good for restaurants although it did not help us because most restaurants open 7pm or 7:30pm for dinner and it did not fit our schedule. Breakfast is ok, although mostly cold - including eggs and toast."

"Mi trovo sempre benissimo al Mitico. Pulizia, professionalità, ma soprattutto la loro colazione pazzesca con tante opzioni dolci e salate. Unica pecca di stamattina è stata che volevo farmi un espresso e le tazzine erano un po' incollate al ripiano su cui poggiavano, avrei potuto chiederne una pulita direttamente al bar ma ero molto di fretta. Per il resto, è sempre il mio posto preferito dove pernottare in zona. Buona giornata :)"

"A good hotel on a budget. Well served with public transport, the bus stops right outside the door. The room is comfortable, but not luxurious, and has the amenities one needs. The lighting in the room was also quite low, and the two bedside lights didn't seem to have any switches to turn them on. The breakfast was okay, not the best I've had, mostly dominated by cakes and pies, and the coffee didn't taste great, but the croissants were good."

"Nice hotel, very convenient off the freeway. Comfortable room. Nice restaurant with good food and dining next to the pool and garden. Only surprise was that the pool was very cold - the water didn't seem to be heated - so swimming wasn't as fun as we hoped. But overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again."

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid extra for the breakfast and weren’t satisfied with it. There was no staff handy to ask for restocking either. "
