      I arrived at around 11:00 PM to check in for my room, I entered the reception area and there was no one there. I rang the bell on the desk, I called the hotel phone number, The phone was ringing infront of me but there was no one on the desk to answer. I stayed on this for more than 15 minutes, the room keys were all hung infront of me, I (or anyone else) could simply take any key and get into any room. After 15 minutes a man came, I asked him that I don’t want the room anymore because I don’t feel safe if he leaves the reception and the room keys infront of everyone. He called his manager to talk to us since he doesn’t even understand english, the manager asked me to leave the hotel. I asked expedia to refund but they didn’t, since they need to get the hotel approvement but the receptionist couldn’t communicate In English with them, I was lucky enough to have a friend with me who speaks German (we have recorded the whole conversation with the receptionist) I ended up booking a room in another hotel and paid twice for the same night. Until now I was not refunded my money back.

      Be aware of bed bugs at this hotel and be ready to deal with unresponsive manager! My family stayed this hotel for 2 nights right before Christmas and all of us got loads of bites during our stay. At first night, we were not sure about what those bites are and we started the research. After the 2nd night, we got a lot more bites and got up during the middle of the nights and found multiple bed bugs on the beds. We mentioned this to the one of the staff and he assured us that the manager would refund our entire costs because of the experiences. Then nightmare started. I didn’t hear anyone so I started sending emails and called the hotels at least every other days. In the very beginning, the manager said due to holidays and international bank bank transactions, he will need couple days to refund the money. Then he stopped responding emails and not picking up the phone anymore. I have all the email threads and pictures as proof and I am asking Expedia to investigate this hotel and let other guests know the condition of the hotel. Please avoid this hotel if you could!
