Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 73 m² house for rent in Collonge-en-Charollais, which sleeps up to 4 people. It comprises a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 100 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
The house is built over a cellar, and access is via a staircase leading to the veranda (2m x 4m), which has sliding glass doors and shutters  
\- A living room with TV, armchairs, a library and board games   
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
  
A few steps lead up to the other rooms:  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)  
\- Shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Outside:  
\- A 100 m² south-facing garden with trees, a wooden picnic table and deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days  
  
The house is ideally located in Collonge-en-Charollais, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.  
  
Activities:   
\- Visit the Château de Cormatin   
\- Discover the Roche de Solutré   
\- Wine-tasting in the Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards   
\- Explore the Morvan Regional Nature Park   
\- Visit the Musée de l'Automobile in Chalon-sur-Saône

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
