The countryside views are breathtaking. The property itself is very tired/outdated and there were lots of issues that were not straight forward. For example, the Vrbo listing does not mention about having to pay extra for bed sheets / towels but the owner tried to get us to pay for this. We disagreed as it was not mentioned and he waived the linens charge and we bought our own towels. Thank god he did as the linens were paper thin and even on arrival we had to ask for more linens and pillows as some of the rooms didn't even have them on. The owner also asked us for a deposit on arrival in the form of a cheque which goes against the terms of Vrbo's website so we had to navigate that also and explain to him that any deposit requirements were covered off by the Vrbo booking process. If you want to check into the property and be left alone, this is not for you as the owners live in the building adjoined to this and are about taking care of the pool etc. This isn't explicitly stated in the listing, at the time of booking until after you've paid, Not enough parasols that worked by the pool for the number of guests that can stay in the property /not enough sun loungers (all being held down by rocks etc which would routinely blow over/not fixed to the ground). He also asked us to clean the property on checkout which is not stated as a requirement on the listing on Vrbo. ##### Jonny L. Maison un peu vieillotte mais complète dans l'ensemble, des jeux, des livres, une très grande piscine très appréciable. Un grand terrain arboré, belle vue et très calme. Par contre, il faut savoir que les propriétaires logent sur place ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Pas de wifi pendant 11 jours sur 14,Lave vaisselle en panne, eclairage extérieur non fonctionnel, un halogène mis à disposition pour le remplacer en panne lui aussi. Barbecue inadapté pour 12 personnes, Ménage pas vraiment fait: toiles d'araignées, miettes dans les tiroirs de cuisine, poussière sur des meubles, vitres de la véranda sales, poils de chien sur des lits, salle de bain du rdc non entretenue joints noirs robinetterie pleine de calcaire. Das Haus verfügt über zwei separate Wohnungen, die wir beide benutzt haben und die ausreichend Platz für zwölf Leute boten. Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist herrlich und der Blick wunderschön. Mit dem Auto ist man in fünf Minuten in Collobrieres, wo es auch einen Bäcker gibt. Zum Supermarkt dauert es gute 15 Minuten und zum nächsten Strand ca 35 Minuten. Der Pool ist einzigartig: gut gepflegt und riesengroß! Besonders schön ist die Tatsache, dass er durch eine Kindersicherung abgesichert ist, sodass es auch sicher ist, wenn Nichtschwimmer-Kinder dabei sind. Der Vermieter lebt im gleichen Haus, kümmert sich täglich um den Pool und ist immer präsent und verfügbar, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat.
