A Catalan building from the 17th century, it offers exceptional service and character. Five apartments are at your disposal, all year round, for your holidays and weekends. The "Collioure" apartment is very pleasant, very clear, it is ideal with family or friends. Two rooms are at your disposal. The apartment is well equipped, it is air-conditioned, and has an exceptional character thanks to its exposed stones and beams. Soft contrast with its floating parquet. You can live there like home, the moment of a weekend or a few weeks. \## Access \## Interaction I answer your questions and advise you if you wish (restaurants, transport, visits, good deals...) by phone, sms or e-mail. Don't hesitate! \## Neighbourhood The historic centre of Collioure is within pedestrian access. We are located in the living heart of the city. You will find everything you need in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: shops, restaurants, beaches, artists' studios... You can do everything on foot. \## Transit THE HISTORIC CENTRE IS IN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS. There are several car parks in Collioure, I always send plans to help you easily find a parking lot. The station is very easy to access, you can easily reach it on foot (10min). Do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions about transport (airport transfer, train...). \## Notes The building dates from the 17th century, my great-grandparents were bakers there. Et surprise quand vous arrivez fatigué...qu'apprenez vous...? que votre appartement est situé au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur et non clairement précisé dans la brochure. Heureusement l'appartement est très correct, et très propre mais sans véritable fenêtre.... Donc prévoyez un budget parking et entrainez vous pour les étages. Collioure c'est magnifique mais comme beaucoup de beaux sites le touriste est un pigeon..... ##### André J. Résidence très bien située, à proximité de TOUT. Concernant l'hôte, bien que ce soit à distance, Marie est très sympathique et arrangeante au niveau des horaires de check-in et check-out Pour les qques axes d'amélioration , je dirais : - que l'appartement est parfait pour 2 à 4 personnes du fait des deux chambres doubles spacieuses et confortables. Mais pour une 5eme ou 6eme personnes, il faudrait peut être envisager de remplacer le canapé type BZ qui est petit et bancal. - qu'il faudrait adapter le nombre de rouleaux de papier WC au nombre de personnes prévues dans l'appartement. En effet, nous avions deux rouleaux pour deux alors que nous sommes restés 4 jours sur place. Il en aurait fallut un troisième - qu'il manquait du gel douche.
