As a solo traveller, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen, although small, was perfect for my needs. The most impressive thing about this apartment is the incredible view from the terrace. The terrace itself has a small table, 4 chairs and a sun lounger to use. The apartment was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. Of course, as it is not a hotel, you are expected to keep the space clean. There were cleaning products provided for this, and it was not a problem to ensure it was in the same condition upon departure. For families, the space may be a little unusual. The children's bunk beds are essentially in the corridor between the bathroom and the rest of the property. The trundle bed in the living room is comfortable, but functions as two single beds, rather than a double. For a longer holiday, having to pull out the bed each night and re-convert it into a couch during the day may become tiresome and annoying. For a few days, just for me, it was fine. Staff were welcoming. Their English skills were great and everything was explained well to me.

Gorgeous view & perfect ameniries!!
Planning a trip to Barcelona & south of France. Had heard how beautiful Collioure was and wanted to stay a couple of nights. A perfect spot with a gorgeous view of the sea and an easy walk into o town. Price was right & amenities perfect for our use!!

The location of hotel is fantastic, all rooms have a view of the sea. I was under the impression when I booked that I had a one bedroomed apartment, when we arrived to our room the bunk beds were situated in what I consider to be a hallway from the door of the apartment leading through to the main room which when I booked was supposed to have a sofa bed and a trundle bed, it just had a sofa bed . We had two 17 year old girls with us, so they had no privacy whats so ever, there do not have air-con so we had just one fan for the 11 nights. Our room was never cleaned once and if we wanted a change of towels I was told I would have to pay 7.00 Euro per pack for each set. So I ended up washing the towels several times. The Receptionists at the main desk have very limited English and were not very helpful. The room would suit a couple on their own, the furniture is modern and clean but it was just too small and they certainly need to get air-con. I would return to Collieure as it is just beautiful but I would not stay at these apartments again. Also Wifi was not free as advertised.

Basic clean accommodation. compact apartment. Close to collioure town. Secure paid parking. limited reception times. no towel replacement or room cleaning throughout 5 day stay. Unhappy that Staff refused to supply an additional pillow stating only 4 pillows allowed per room. exterior of building and solarium area needs attention. Overall reasonable value for money paid.

Great place for family of four.
We loved the area. We thought this place might be too far from the center of town and beaches but it was just a short (10-15 minute) walk. The views were fabulous. The room worked really well for the 4 of us. Loved having a small kitchen and available laundry. The only down side was that this is on the main, ocean front, scenic route road which was busy on the week-end. Otherwise it was a beautiful quiet road. We loved Collioure and staying there! (FYI, it is very helpful if you speak French, otherwise service will be good but there could be communication challenges).

Large, comfortable room a bit too far out of town
Nice rooms and fully equipped, parking on site. They even make arrangements for early or late check-in outside of their limited hours (but I didn't know that in advance). A bit too far from town to really experience "living" in Collioure.

Enjoyed our stay but no air con and towels and sheets not changed and we were there for eight days. Apartment not cleaned once while we were there. No parasoles round the pool.

une belle étape
résidence bien située , à qq minutes du centre de Collioure à pieds. Accueil sympathique. Orientée coté mer, la vue est très belle, un peu cachée pour les appartements au RDC. appartement spacieux pour 2, terrasse extérieure plaisante malgré des nuisances sonores de la route.

En ayant déjà lu les critiques : un seul lave linge, pas de clim, parking couvert étroit, nous avions pris nos dispositions pour nous adapter : plus de vêtements pour ne pas avoir a faire beaucoup de lessives, ou encore laisser le studio dans le noir pour garder la fraicheur. Nous avons donc passé de superbes vacances.

El lugar está muy bien. Bien ubicado. Muy cómodo. Con una vista muy disfrutable. Lo criticable: 1. Dicen que se habla español, NO ES CIERTO. 2. El lugar dónde se depositan los residuos y que huele muy mal, está exactamente al lado de la puerta de entrada al complejo. 3. La limpieza ya sabíamos que no se realizaba durante nuestra estadía, pero no era muy profunda a la entrega del apartamento.

Bonne location
Appartement grand avec terrasse. Appt propre. Piscine propre non chauffée mais le soleil fait le necessaire. Parking payant à privilegier car il n y a presque pas de places à coté. Residences proches du centre de collioure.

Les plus:Hôtel avec une vue fantastique. Les moins: Hotel très mal insonorisé . Parking couvert tellement étroit que parfois on ne peut pas rentrer dans son propre véhicule .Pour l.enregistrement une seule personne et les clients en file indienne jusque sur la route.

Vue imprenable sur le port
Excellent séjour avec une vue panoramique sur le port. La résidence est très propre et le personnel très sympa. Le logement est bien agencé, il ne manque rien; la literie est également très bien. La petite plage de La Balette est à 100m et les autres plages à 5 minutes à pieds; les commerces sont également à proximité.

Vue sur Collioure
Établissement conforme au prix demandé. Juste un souci: La vue sur Collioure dépend de la position du studio attribué et il y a 2 arbres de l’autre côté de la rue (qu’on ne doit bien évidemment pas couper) qui peuvent en cacher une bonne partie. Ça énerve quand on a choisi cet établissement spécialement pour la vue....

L'appartement est bien aménagé, très pratique. La terrasse offre une vue sur la baie. La literie est très confortable. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Le seul bémol est l'heure du check-in. Devoir attendre 16h, avec les sacs, surtout quand on n'est pas en voiture c'est un peu long.
