Villa with garden in the heart of Collioure, next to the beach Villa St Joseph is a beautiful family home with garden, all comfort, for 6 people (up to 8 on request), located in the center in a quiet area in the heart of Collioure, 4 minutes walk from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Parking of several cars possible in the private courtyard. The house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms upstairs (140x190cm beds) and two bathrooms. You will appreciate the large and pleasant living room opening onto the terrace. The elegant decoration combines antique French-style furniture and touches of contemporary art. The charming exterior has two terraces with dining area, a barbecue and sun loungers. Ideal for 6 people but possibility of additional double bed and bathroom in the annex of the villa. On request only. This elegant family home with an area of 150m2, with an exterior of 500m2 offers quality services: new bedding, air conditioning on the bedroom floor, dishwasher, washing machine, antiques, works of art, wood parquet… On the main level: entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, WC, access to the passageway terrace and access to the cellar where the laundry room is located. Upstairs the landing leads to 3 double bedrooms and a shower room with WC, one of the bedrooms has its own shower room with WC. Useful information Linen and towels are provided. We loved everything about the place, great location, super large garden with lots of places to sit outside and eat, BBQ as well.A sizeable property with plenty of space. Five minute walk to the beach and all the facilities you need, bakery for those great baguettes and pastries, butchers and of course all the local produce at the market(Wednesday and Sunday) An abundance of restaurants located minutes away. The house is immaculately presented with fabulous artworks and a great collection of furniture, making for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine as well....... We were very happy with our stay, we would heartily recommend this villa in Collioure,and the welcome and check out from Karine was seamless . There is parking at the property, which is a blessing in Collioure as its always a difficult thing to park........ When we did not see that we needed to ask for Wifi in advance (be sure to check on this) and had an urgent Zoom meeting in a few days, she organized wifi.Certainly more than she needed to do. And when we had any little issue, she was right there to help.The town is very busy, but the villa is like a private paradise with all the trees and the highwalls and heavy gate. The art work and furnishings were like living in an art gallery. All this and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and markets.
