Stayed here for a week while attending a ski instructor's training session. Clean, comfortable, nice big hot tub for the after ski soak. Great little lounge with good food so you don't have to venture out after a long day.
Two night stay,family of four.
We got vouchers for breakfast but only for adults and we had to pay for kids .When we did our booking we we're under impression that breakfast is included for all four.So bit of confusion right from the start .
Our room was very dated but clean. On our second day ,nobody showed up to clean our room.
After asking at the main desk for service(at 5 pm) someone did show up.
Only thing they did was made one bed (we had two queen beds and used both ) and put clean towels. They didn't even dump the garbage from the garbage can, didn't vacuum or made another bed, certainly there was no cleaning involved.
But the cleaner left his card , the one that opens all the hotels room behind.
Luckily , we are honest and returned it but someone could taken advantage of that situation. Staff was very nice, helpful and polite (both reception and dinning area).
Hotel room could use upgrade, also the pool area is pretty run down.

We stayed there for a night, and were very comfortable with the location and the rooms. The rooms were large, clean and beautiful compared to their prices. They were rather suits than rooms. There was a small kitchen in our suite with oven, fridge, dining table, microwave, sink, etc. The bathroom and the beds were so clean and neat.
The staff were nice and friendly. They provided us with iron and coffee maker, and were available 24 hours. The internet speed was high, and didn't give us headaches. The location is quite good as it is 20 min driving to village, cave, etc.
We felt like home as there was nothing to complain. Will be back on Winter or next year! :)

The INN is beautiful, the area is amazing, the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, breakfast was awesome.
I had a few complaints that are no cell phone service, the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was small. Saying this, the room was very comfortable. We had a fireplace that worked, a fridge and satellite.
