Bedding was not clean and crisp- beds were too soft/old and bathroom water leaking all night not maintained properly. The room was not clean at all- very disappointed.

rm 208 queen beds has lots of bed bugs and need to be sprayes before using it. when called the info its always busy line to attend the needs

The reception area looks great and the person greeting us was excellent. The room could use some updates. It only had a couple of USB plugs and from those only one was working. The mattresses were VERY soft and the pull out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable. The next morning, we found a roach roaming the room.

Fine except that the bathroom had rust and other wear that needed repair. The office chair and couch were worn and need to be replaced. Carpet had some stains as well. Otherwise, everything was fine

The hotel is a little dated but the front desk personnel were great. However, the room was very dirty. There was a dirty diaper still in the trash can and dirt and some grass on the floor. The room had obviously not been cleaned. Would not stay here again due to the cleanliness of the room.

I had to switch rooms 3x and ended up with a room that I didn’t ideally work. I still got charged despite having to deal with funky odors, unbearable noise and flooding.

It was very hot outside and they gave us popsicles when we arrived. There was only one coffee pouch in the room.

The carpet in the elevators smell old. May just need to be replaced. And the breakfast needs real eggs. Otherwise all is well. Rad, the receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and nice! Thanks!

Staff was nice, they greeted us every time we entered or left the property. There were some delicious restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean and bettrr than expected.

This hotel is really more like a motel. Loud window AC unit. Broken lamps and nonfunctional outlets. No conditioner nor hair dryer provided. Shampoo and shower gel dispensers on wall of shower were empty. Breakfast is free but barely edible (and I am not a picky eater). The only good thing about this hotel is it is walking distance from World of Beer which has great food & drinks.

Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm due to it not being cleaned. We arrived early to the hotel and were told to come back in a couple of hours. When we came back our room still wasn’t ready. We were told probably 15 more mins and we waited a hour in the lobby. The cleanliness of the room once we got into it was not great either. The toilet was running and you could tell the bathroom was only about half wiped down. The room had dust build up on the light fixtures. There was a whole drawer of items that a previous guest left in the bathroom as well. The desk chair was missing an arm rest and we had to get a hair dryer from the front desk because it was also missing from the room.

The property listed online shows a more updated and well cared for area the actual property is not as well maintained as for the trash cans and the common areas, the room itself had stains on the walls and we found items such as earrings and trash still in the room after we sanitized the room ourselves it was ok to stay the one night needed, the positive of the place was the gentleman at the front desk he made the check in process very easy and was very friendly.

The property is older and being in a college town, is beat up and could use freshening up. Room was cramped with a king sized bed in the "sleeping area".
