We had requested an early check in (normal time is 4pm) we checked in at 3:30. Immediately we were told the room wasn’t ready yet, however could be placed into another room (king instead of double) but would have to pay the difference in pricing. We declined and stated we would wait, as the hotel would call us when the room was ready. Never did call us, we had to check it out ourselves. Our room was in another building across from the main facility. Getting our luggage there was difficult as the elevator was broken and we were on the bottom floor. This issue was the same when we checked out. No microwave in the room, charged per day for internet, charged nightly for parking, and the hotel restaurant is a joke for the menu. I’d recommend a Airbnb for a extended stay of 3 days or more. Our final bill was significantly more than what we paid for on Expedia, and we didn’t even use the Internet or other services.
