We had requested an early check in (normal time is 4pm) we checked in at 3:30. Immediately we were told the room wasn’t ready yet, however could be placed into another room (king instead of double) but would have to pay the difference in pricing. We declined and stated we would wait, as the hotel would call us when the room was ready. Never did call us, we had to check it out ourselves. Our room was in another building across from the main facility. Getting our luggage there was difficult as the elevator was broken and we were on the bottom floor. This issue was the same when we checked out. No microwave in the room, charged per day for internet, charged nightly for parking, and the hotel restaurant is a joke for the menu. I’d recommend a Airbnb for a extended stay of 3 days or more. Our final bill was significantly more than what we paid for on Expedia, and we didn’t even use the Internet or other services.

Great location for visiting DC. Only one elevator was working so long waits . Room was spacious and bed were comfy. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey.

Property in a residential neighborhood. Double beds meant full size beds not queen size. Property was clean, convenient, and staff was friendly. Shower got nice and hot and stayed hot. Mattress was decent could’ve been better but overall a pleasant stay. The interior of the property was somewhat current but neighborhood was not aesthetically pleasing. Oh and had to carry luggage up stairs in certain areas.

Room/s w/ breakfast for 2 is perfect for our overnight stay in the DC area. It’s just a few minute drive to DC attractions. Room is clean w/ bottled water & free coffee inside the room. Breakfast is full-stock at their restaurant/cafe.

The property was a bit outdated but well kept. My room was very clean. The staff in dining hall was great and helpful. The area around the hotel did look to be having work done. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was great!

There were water problems during our stay. Shut off one evening and the showers were not great. They improved the next day. The staff at the front desk were great. The staff in the bar area were average at best.

I stay here every time I’m in the DC area, it is centrally located with off street parking, my only consider would be putting microwaves in the rooms or at least one on every floor. As far as a complaint, I feel that internet should be included with the stay.

I was actually impressed with the overall condition of the hotel and room. There is massive road and utilities construction in this area, which caused a lot of confusion in getting around. The hotel did not provide breakfast tickets, though breakfast was to be included. On the morning we left, there was no water in the hotel (construction issues). We were unable to shower before leaving.

No room sevice, no vending machines for snacks or foods, kitchen food expensive and slow, no nearby restaurants or convenient stores or liquor stores, no Wi-Fi unless you pay $14 per day. Room was cold and heater/ac unit is loud and annoying, light for bathroom is inconveniently outside the bathroom door on the RIGHT side making it so you have to close the door turn on the light and then open the door to use it. Closet is in the bathroom with only 3 hangers, toilet doesn't flush immediately, you have to hold down the handle. View of sky line is great though. Location is too far away from main attractions in area. I booked because the Sheraton name is well known and associated with quality but not here. The TV is dated as you can't cast streaming services from your phone or tablet.

Like nothing, but courteous staff. Problems, front door "out of order. Limited elevator service as one was "out of order." First 8th floor room VERY noisy from traffic: constant roaring sound through window, which appeared to be defective: staff changed my room. No food service as the only restaurant was" closed at the time. There were also NO eating places outside within walking distance hotel guest must take a taxi to find a restaurant in the city. Bathroom Water at sink and shower took 15-20 minutes to be acceptably warm. The overall hotel is VERY warn, frayed, and dark. This is not a 3 star hotel, not a typical Sheraton, and CERTAINLY NOT a Marriott maintained standard. Again, the staff did all that could be reasonably done to assist the hotel guest. Sincerely, GN

There warm water didn’t work and I was not accommodated. The front of the hotel smelled like cigarettes. The garage smelled like pee. The cable went out around 12am and didn’t come back on, and since they do not have smart tvs I couldn’t watch anything else. I did not have the experience I was hoping to. :/

Dear Manager of The Sheraton Pentagon City, I hope this letter finds you well. I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel from Tuesday, January 23, 2024, until Sunday, January 28, 2024, in Room # (414). First and foremost, I would like to commend your staff for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience. However, I regret to inform you that on the night of Saturday, January 27, an unfortunate incident occurred. A mouse found its way into our room, causing some distress. In an effort to minimize any disturbance, I refrained from making excessive noise as my 82-year-old father, who suffers from Alzheimer's, was sleeping. I was concerned that any commotion might disrupt his sleep or make him anxious throughout the night. Consequently, I chose not to confront our unexpected visitor. It saddens me to encounter such a situation at a renowned establishment like Sheraton, which I have always regarded as a paragon of excellence in the hospitality industry. Upon checking out, I promptly informed your staff about the incident. They kindly advised me to provide a written letter detailing the situation in order to address the matter appropriately and arrange for a credit for the last night of our stay. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. I trust that your esteemed establishment will handle this issue

Our stay was just fine. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is when I asked the front desk about buying a bottle of water, I was told that the vending machines were on odd floor numbers starting a few floors up. I took the elevator up to every floor that had vending, and they were all sold out of everything except one finally had Diet Pepsi. Having easy access to a bottle of water should be a given at any hotel - and honestly, I shouldn’t have to take a 20 min field trip to try to get some. Having an upright cooler near the front desk like most hotels would be the obvious solution.
