Royal Farms across the street, Mc Donalds, liqour store, WalMart all within walking distance. Good breakfast buffet. Showers were beautifully clean.

Nothing too fancy, but good tor a night. Mostly fast food options in the immediate area so you need to drive about 10-20 minutes for a sit-down dinner. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor manager communication and lack of overall safety. Arrived with small children and multiple people partying outside in parking lot. Felt unsafe as police actively working call with multiple units. Was not staying there with small children safety at risk. Called at least half dozen times following weeks and had to leave messages on voice mail for manager without courtesy of call back. Expedia customer service also tried without success of matter resolved. This place needs tlc

CLEAN! I had originally booked at the Wyndham in this same town and had to check out because it was gross and dirty with the heat not working. This Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable with nice staff at the front desk.

Some fast food options, limited close eat in dining options in the area. Could only access property by inconvenient u turn on busy road. Otherwise, staff was helpful, property was clean and taken care of, and breakfast was good

Sierra is awesome!!! Glad to have stayed there!!
It was a good overnight stay. I want to really say that Ciera at the front desk was awesome!!! She is a great example of someone born to be in hospitality!!! She made the stay great

a lot of thing in the hotel and in the room were broken: pool was not maintained for years only one(out of two) elevator worked microwave in the room didn't work properly coffee machine in the room was broken they shut off water for half day in the rooms

Very nice experience and a very convenient location to visit our son at Case Western. Rooms were very up to date and attractive. I was expecting it to feel older but it did not feel that way.
