Great Price, Nice Room...
Excellent price, nice room, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some common areas, however, really need some upgrading: carpet on hallways are stained, giving a not-so-really nice atmosphere. But, overall is a bargain.

The stay was wonderful, with a serene and tranquil area offering a stunning view of the mountains. However , we had no AC and had to do with fan. ( The floor is carpet and had many stains on it.)

The hotel is beautiful, but a little difficult to get to without a cab. The staff is exceptional, they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is in a beautiful location with great amenities.

Our single room with queen bed had a glass wall bathroom. For those who enjoy some privacy in the bathroom this maybe isnt the best choice. Room was very clean and comfortable overall. Public areas of the hotel could be cleaner

Good value
Great value but far from everything. Meals were great fantastic breakfast and supper is a real deal at 18 euro including drinks. Nice pool, close to Montserrat but not much else. A nice atmosphere

Room with a view
The hotel is used as a training and conference centre, so it has a very corporate feel. It’s dated and the carpets in the corridors are years beyond their replacement date. The rooms are large and reasonably well soundproofed. The balconies on one side have excellent view of the famous Montserrat sierra. Breakfast was served rather than buffet and was adequate without being worthy of other comment . The staff were all attentive to client need. All on all good value.

Disappointing service
A-C in the room didn't work. Front desk person was very rude when I asked if they could look into it, which they didn't do at any point. They didn't offer to change rooms, despite of having low occupancy. Restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid measure s, but they were having an event with 50+ people at the same time.

Convenient to Montserrat
The hotel is in need of a facelift. Carpet needs replacing. This is a business conference center so there were loud parties well into the early morning. Located very conveniently to Montserrat. Beautiful quick drive though the hills. Staff was very friendly.

Affordable comfort outside the city
The ONLY suggestion for improvement......Spanish beer in the bar. This was a respite after a week traveling around Spain. Climbing nearby Montserrat was the highlight of our tour.

Era la segunda vez que nos hospedábamos, la primera estuvo “bien”, quisimos darle una segunda oportunidad pero nos decepcionó, la alfombra sucia, con terribles manchas, el baño sucio, la regadera dañada, solo había una sábana puesta en la cama, en fin, la peor experiencia en un hotel

Konferenz Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig. Großer Pool, guter coffee shop, sehr freundliches Personal. Eigentlich weit weg von Barcelona, dafür aber extrem ruhig.

Hotel à rénover, il n'y a que de l'extérieur que ça correspond aux photos. Couloirs qui ressemblent à de vieilles résidences étudiantes, moquette trouée tellement usée. Chambre avec araignées, vétuste, rideau de douche jaunie. Pas de balcon ? Non indiqué dans la reservation. Check out 10h , sur la reservation 12h? Seul le cadre est beau , la piscine ... Beaucoup trop cher par rapport a la qualité des chambres , des couloirs, a RENOVER....

À EVITER
Cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas ses 3 étoiles. Une moquette horriblement sale pleine de toutes sorte de tâches, visiblement ce lieu ne dispose pas d'aspirateur car le sol était plus que poussiéreux. Il est indiqué que le lieu est équipé de clim mais il n'y en avait pas dans les chambres que nous avions occupés juste de vieux ventilateurs. A éviter.

Mooi gelegen accommodatie met zwembad voor MBA studenten. Niet voor toerisme. Sobere kamer wil ook zeggen slechts 1 paar handdoeken voor 2 personen; 1 nachtlamp geen bekers om tanden te poetsen enz. Tapisplein vuil. Geen restaurants in de buurt. Wel uitgebreid ontbijt en parking.

El check in tardo muchisimo, segun la chica debido a que estaban haciendo cambios en la plataforma, pero no fue de mucho agrado llegar cansado y tener que esperar 15 mins a que nos diera la tarjeta de acceso. La habitacion despues de la ducha olía a desagüe. Eso si, las vistas y el lugar es precioso

Tot correcte. Com a suggeriment, potser s'hauria de col·locar més indicacions durant el camí cap a l'hotel, atès que costa una mica de trobar al situar-se al final d'una urbanització.

Bel hôtel près de Montserrat.
Bel hôtel, accueil très agréable. Chambre confortable, au calme, petit déjeuner varié et très bon. Seule mauvaise note la moquette des couloirs et chambres est tachée. Dommage super endroit et hôtel.

Moqueta vieja
La moqueta más sucia que he visto en mi vida, con un montón de marcas de pisadas o líquidos que se han ido derramando con El Paso del tiempo. Si la renovaran de vez en cuando o incluso cambiaran a otro tipo de suelo más higiénico podrían mejorar la experiencia varios enteros. Habitaciones no muy bien aisladas como muchos hoteles antiguos, pero por suerte los vecinos pararon de hablar en horas normales.
