"After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do anything because we booked with Expedia. They even had a board up that said "we promise to make it right ." Disappointed in stay and how it was handled. "

"This was a very enjoyable stay! So clean and the bed was so comfortable! Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again. The staff are so friendly and very helpful recommending dinner accommodations at a local place very close by with the most amazing hot chicken salad and cannot begin to describe how delicious the banana pudding was."
