"After a long day driving, we arrived at 10pm to a dark street and dark building. We had to ring the doorbell for at least 5 minutes until someone came to the door. Turns out he was sleeping. Definitely not the welcome we were expecting since the posting for this hotel says 24hour front desk. He showed us to the room and left us to go back to bed.
