"I stayed at TS Suites Seminyak for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. What stood out the most was how kind and attentive all the staff were, which made my stay even more pleasant. Since my return flight was at midnight, I originally needed to check out by 2 pm, but the hotel kindly allowed me to check out at 5 pm. This thoughtful gesture gave me plenty of time to relax and prepare without any stress. On the last night, there was a thunderstorm with heavy rain, and the power went out for a short time. However, I completely understand this was due to the weather, and it wasn’t a big issue. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was above average and very enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, so I was happy with every meal. I also appreciated the clean water provided at the sink for brushing my teeth. It’s a small detail, but it showed the hotel’s care and attention, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, compared to the hotel I stayed at in Ubud before, the service here was far more satisfying. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly return. Thank you to the hotel team for making my stay memorable. "

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Kanvaz! This hotels front lobby and breakfast area was so beautiful to walk into. The breakfast was incredible with so many delicious options. The rooms were very comfortable, super clean and ours had direct access to the pool off our balcony on the main floor. The staff were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. This hotel is located in the perfect spot for restaurants, convenience stores, book/clothing shops and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel! "

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had. The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room itself is cozy, clean, and has everything we need. The hotel even has a gym open 24 hours and a pool open until later in the evening. I'd come back to this place if I visit Bali again in the future."
