Overall the room was very clean but we were not impressed with staff member opening the door before 8am in the morning with no apology & then giving permission for tradie to enter the room when we were both in bed. Also wasnt impressed that the same staff denied all knowledge of my boyfriends othopedic pillow that got accidentally left behind given that it was a dark grey pillowcase against all the white ones in the room & we rang within an hour of leaving.

Hi EmmaWe are very apologetic about the tradie coming in early to do repairs in the morning. He should have definitely come to reception prior to knocking on your door and we did dicuss this with him for future reference.Management and housekeeping did search for your pillow, however we were unable to locate it anywhere on premises.We hope to see you again.RegardsManagement

Property was comfortable and suited our needs. The female at reception was very off-putting when we asked for drinking glasses as there were none in our room. Could hear lots of cupboard slamming as she searched for some. Weren't game to say that the overbed lights didn't work, but in general had a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and the spa was nice. However, I felt that it was highly overpriced in comparison to the other motels we’ve stayed at in Coffs before. Inside the room there was a very tiny tv that we could barely see so we used our laptop instead to watch movies. There was a a kettle for coffee but it wouldn’t fit under the bathroom sink (which the flick mixer was loose and flopping around) so we had to fill up cups of water to pour into the kettle. The location we stayed at had a very noisy family next to us and the children they had were constantly screaming and the doors were constantly being slammed open and closed. I could have overlooked all of this and gave it a decent rating but I cannot because of the price we paid to stay there. I expected better than what we got.

The rooms are a bit outdated, hardly any power points for charging phones etc. Toaster in room but no knives or plates. Beds not comfortable. Some glasses in fridge weren’t clean. One of the little milks for coffee had already been opened and some used. Great location. Pool is well maintained and was a hit.

Great location to Main Street activities about a 5 minute walk, saves you $ so you don’t have to pay for parking to shop and eat. They have a back gate to the beach which is only a 3 minute walk. Highly recommend due to the location and cost.

Dirty and run down - carpet badly stained, beds and linen in poor condition, shower walls delaminating, tiles and other paint work flaking. There was very limited sound insulation from the carpark, and an insufficient number of parking spots for the number of guests.

Stayed over New Years for 4 nights. Typical motel room. Clean but stained carpets and surface rust on metal fixtures in cramped bathroom. Clean towels replaced every day. Pool was closed for the last 2 days of stay for “deep cleaning”. Lights would occasionally turn on or off as if another remote had paired with it. Room was quiet at night
