The property on the outside was trashy and had over grown and dying bushes and shrubs everywhere and was located on the corner of a very busy street and busy side street. The noise from the traffic from the bedrooms was intolerable. The barbecue was completely unusable and including an abandoned refrigerator that is very dangerous to children.
