Reserved one king bed-ended up with 2 beds. Our door wouldn’t open right away and we couldn’t use the extra locking device. The door frame wasn’t flush to the wall and you could see hallway with door shut. Breakfast isn’t breakfast. Everything was either broken or just not stocked. My husband who eats everything even asked to go elsewhere. Was not worth the $$

Pretty run down… broken old toilet leaned against the building on the side. My husband fixed the toilet that wasn’t flushing. Sheets had stains on it towards the foot of the bed. Window sills were full of dust and dead flies. Lamps coated in light dust. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. Cost is appropriate for the facility.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this property. It was clean, the beds were nice and we feel like we found a place we can return to for visits to a small town.

The room served our needs and was priced reasonably. The desk clerk was super nice, which is always a big plus. The room was clean and had what we needed. However, the door to the room did not feel secure as there was a large gap between the door edge and the frame and the deadbolt did not work. We used the door chain and dragged a heavy chair in front of the door for the night. The outside door to the lobby was not locked at night; however, they told us they did have security cameras. They also included breakfast which was also a plus. Free parking in a reasonably lit parking lot, free WIFI, a fridge/microwave and coffee in the room. It was not too noisy at the time we were there.

Nice quiet motel even though it is on the main highway. Small quiet town. Internet was down in whole city due to a break in the fiber optic cable. Unable to connect to internet and there was also no television available. Cell phone service still worked. Internet came back up in the middle of the night.

Needs some attention.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. My concern was with a side door to the hotel that was always open because it was missing the part that locked. Anyone could walk in. Breakfast was ok.

Main entrance of hotel is also where staff and guests congregate to smoke. Very unpleasant to have to walk past every time you enter or exit the hotel especially with little kids and those with respiratory issues.

It was a charming Cabin, but the Air Conditioner was loud and not working properly. It would shut off after a few minutes and not turn on again for quite some time, leaving the room much too hot. Obviously the Owners are aware of this as they left a note with a sorry excuse about it rather then getting it fixed or replacing it. Coffee in room was less then desirable as far as taste/quality.

We wanted to stay in Cody. The prices were almost 100.00 more in Cody. This was TOTALLY worth the 20 min drive to save $$, this sleepy little farmtown was just what we needed. The people are very friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping staff deserve a pat on the back. NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER! Great job Powell team!

Front desk was helpful. Room was less than desirable, bed dirty with shredded cheese on the sheet then farther down in the bed were the room keys of another guest. In other words the bed had been made without changing sheets or throughly cleaning the bathroom. There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door. The front desk was very helpful fixing the problem.
