Room very clean! The housekeeping staff was on duty most of the day. Didn't have to go out early so they could clean room. That worked out well. One negative was regarding bathroom. Sink outside open to the room while shower and toilet in its own room. Not a very private situation for getting dressed after ones shower. Had new equipment in exercise room. Only one treadmill which I had no problems getting to use. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Had a wide range of items which I didn't find in other motels that we have been to. Dining area very clean and looked pretty new. Two TVs on the walls. We stayed three nights. It was overall a good experience. Would go back again.
Enyoyed our stay at the Days Inn Hotel. The Hotel appears to have been renovated recently. New paint inside the room and on the outside of the buildings. Everything was satisfactory except the floor in our room was very dirty. The fixtures on the sink and bathtub need to be replaced. The sink stopper was broken and the bathtub faucet was leaking. Otherwise, the room was clean and nice looking. Found the Front Desk staff to be courteous and helpful.
The hotel is clean and the room we had was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant. The hotel is not close to the beach. It is close to the interstate which is great if you are travelling. The floor in the bathroom seemed a little sticky. The breakfast was standard fare. We stayed just one night. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. We would stay again if travelling in the area

Close to this quaint Cocoa Village and easy access to the Kennedy Space enter where we spent a day. The Parrish Grove Inn is a wonderfully restored, turn of the last century Victorian house. We were the only guest during our two day, mid-week stay and so had the run of the place to ourselves. Gail, our host, was very solicitous and gave us dining tips and help with directions around the area. She also provided a delicious breakfast - almost too much of a good thing.
A city in east-central Florida on the Atlantic Coast, Cocoa is home to 17,000 people. Cocoa Village, a historic part of town, is home to antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, specialty stores, restaurants, and places to hear live music.
