"We loved our stay. We say Manatees, dolphins, turtles, and so much wild life right off the dock. We saw a rock launch from the dock and it was amazing. Property is so clean and amazing. We keep coming back. Pool is wonderful. Stephanie is am amazing host. It is the best place."

"We had to get maintenance for our AC- which happens- and then had issues with our door after. We know stuff happens but it was night time with a toddler was a pretty large inconvenience. The tv in the room and WiFi was SO slow, trying to log into Netflix took entirely too long and ended up in frustration. I also expected there to be more beach amenities for an oceanfront hotel. Beach towels at least. It was fine for what it was but for how much they charge, I expected more and wouldn’t stay again."

"Everything was amazing. Pool and hottub were clean and the kids loved them. Kayaks were also amazing. Great fishing! Dolphins and manatees came right up to the backyard!"

"Great beach bungalow -- just book it already! Two blocks from beach, places to eat and the Banana River. Beach chairs, umbrella, boards, towels, carts to make the haul easier.... All there for you to use. Bikes make it fun to get around as there are sidewalks all over. Plenty of bikes to pick from which made our stay great for a teenage daughter that likes to explore. Awesome place for young kids as there is a putting green, small hot tub and games! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for my small family. Fenced in yard and pet friendly was a win for us! Plenty of things to stay entertained, relax and renew. Host was exceptional with communication and let us check in early and even told us we could check out later than planned...which was a win!! Space launches can be watched from the beach which is fun. Great place to make memories and spend quality time together!"

"My husband, two teens and I absolutely loved this home. Having 3 bedrooms was ideal and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax in the large, comfortable living room. The lanai and pool area was perfect for us, we enjoyed playing games at the table in the pool area as well, at night. Our favorite part was walking across the street to the private dock in the morning and evening to look for visiting manatees and enjoy the beautiful view. The home had everything we needed for the week including all kitchen items, linens and beach items. It was clean and comfortable and we hope to come back again! We also enjoyed the Cocoa Beach area, lots of restaurants, beaches and shopping and just a quick hour drive to Orlando to visit Universal Studios. Kelly was very responsive and helpful and all was as advertised We highly recommend this rental!"
