Has everything we could possibly want--enough towels and wash clothes, hangers and storage space. Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon and an assortment of beach toys. The kitchen had every gadget I could use. Big enough for 2 to cook easily. And did i say clean??? Very conveniently located to activities, restaurants and bars in Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Melbourne and Cocoa Don't hesitate to stay here. The manager and owner are both very responsive.
