Small issues were handled quickly and resolved. Condo was clean and well stocked. James installed a replacement towel rod in the bathroom with no disruption to our vacation plans for the day. We had an excellent stay for our family vacation! Our room was clean and so beautiful! The view was awesome from our balcony and we loved the roof top deck! We had everything we needed in our room and more! Kelsey was an amazing host! So ready and willing to answer any questions we had. She was even able to accommodate us a few hrs earlier when we arrived into town earlier than we expected!! Hands down one of the easiest check in check outs!
