"Absolutely amazing! Kitchen is fully stocked with gear to cook actual meals. Extremely clean and decorated nicely! The access to kayaks was the selling point for us! We went out daily to see the manatees and dolphins. "
"Unforgettable Vacation! The condo was very clean and was less than 5 minutes from the beach. Thank you for providing chairs and umbrella. Also, thank you for providing kayaks. The manatees and dolphins were the highlight of our trip which we saw every day. We experienced the Bioluminescence watercolor also in the river. Was very fortunate enough to see a rocket launch as well from the dock. Even saw a rabbit one day! Ate at Coconuts on the beach and Long Doggers, which were good. We will be back!!"

"Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well stocked with soft plushie towels. Having a washer and dryer on site was so convenient!!"
"The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. We walked to Salty Sisters for dinner and chess, and The Surfinista, Juice N Java, and The Green Room Cafe for smoothies and lunches. We also walked over and did some shopping at Catalyst Surf Shop. The location could not have been better. We hope to book here again next summer."
