"Beautiful beach, beautiful area"

"After reading the older reviews and not seeing many more current ones, I was a bit nervous about this one, but I’m glad I gave it a try and I’d love to stay again. This townhouse is one of the closest units of its kind to the hot tub/pool/restaurants/beach. Our kids enjoyed the beach and shell searching while we watched them from the restaurant. All the bedrooms had smart TVs. Living room didn’t have a smart tv, but did have cable. The temp control was very comfortable, but was a bit warmer in the master which lacked a ceiling fan (but fans in the others). The front load washing machine/dryer seemed brand new, which was nice. The dishwasher needs an upgrade. I loved all the balconies, and watching the boats come and go. It could also use a helpful map print out somewhere to display the facilities/dumpsters. I wanted to give a detailed review for anyone contemplating. Bottom line: I really loved it here!"

"This 2 level, 3 bedroom townhouse was amazing. Absolutely everything you need. Looks directly out on a canal with manatees and pelicans. Lots of stairs. Gorgeous place. "

"This place was absolutely worth every dollar I spent. I stayed here with my family because we came to town for my College graduation and this place was perfect. The views from the balcony were amazing, seeing the boats and lights at might were just beautiful. The beach and sunset were beautiful. So much to do, but we only had 3 days to try and do it all."
