The management and staff were really helpful with requests such as change of date and late checkin. The rooms are sound proof and cozy. Corridor and the foyer neat and clean all times. The location is the clincher. Walkable distance to most spots in Fort Kochi. Bus stand, Rickshaw stand and ferry nearby make commute easy. For private vehicles fuel pump is also closeby.

3 star budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Walking distance to the beach and major attractions. The hotel does not have a Bar - No liquor service. Rooftop Restsurant serves basic breakfast - no lunch or dinner served. Clean washroons, but small shower area with a curtain. Hotel has 4 floors including the rooftop breakfast serving area. No elevators. There is a mosque next to the hotel and prayers are broadcast on loud speakers at 5 am in the morning., and again in the afternoons and evenings - this was a disturbance.

Lovely breakfast on rooftop terrace.
Standard traveller's budget accommodation in India. Good location. Friendly staff. Rooftop terrace. Excellent breakfast menu including freshly cut fruit, great omelettes served on the rooftop terrace.

Central hotel close to everything in Fort Kochi
Fort Kochi is a busy town which was fun to visit, for a couple of days. We booked the hotel for 9 days, and I think it is geared for the usual shorter stays in that there is no outside area to sit under trees within the hotel grounds (although there is a lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served). We went further afield eventually to enjoy the backwaters and the trip up to Munnar and the tea plantations. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly. The receptionist Pinky was wonderful, friendly and so helpful.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel is a reasonable price for a great neighborhood. They have a wonderful staff who are exceptionally helpful. Great breakfast on a rooftop patio. Great internet access. Would definitely stay there again.

Pinky and her team were so kind to us. We arrived during the cash crisis and they did all they could to assist us. They arranged the next legs of our trip for us - brilliant. The hotel is ideally located close by the waterfront, restaurants, etc. The rooms were clean and in good order. The air conditioning was welcome. The hotel is quiet, no problem sleeping off the jet lag. I would recommend that you relax, don't worry about a thing and let Pinky and her team take care of you.

Clean place; great location; nice rooftop breakfst
Fort Manor in Kochi was a nice, comfortable, and cool place to stay thanks to the aircon. Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooftop was a nice place to enjoy fresh juice and breakfast in the morning. A perfect location if you are travelling to Fort Kochi by public bus from the airport. You'll be dropped off just a two minute walk away so it's a great way to save a few rupees by avoiding a costly cab ride.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the cost. It was clean, but the staff was not very helpful answering questions about the area and the breakfast pretty mediocre. We didn't love the location either. On the positive side, we asked for an early am taxi to the airport to be arranged and were pretty relieved when it was there!

Clean and Simple
Very clean with large rooms. Simple but clean washroom. It was perfect for a one night stay close to Fort Kochi. Have many restaurant options within 5 minutes walk. Rooftop breakfast included fresh juice, fruits,tea/coffee, eggs and toast. Just fine. Staff members were very pleasant to deal with. Arranged for a car to Alleppy for us.

Excellent Location and Very Nice Hotel
First of all, this hotel is in an awesome location close to the ferry, fishing nets and other old streets that are walkable anytime of day and night. Hotel looks new and design of rooms is very spacious. It was clean and well-maintained. Service we got at breakfast and about things to do in Kochi was beyond our expectations. Hotel manager was very courteous and helpful. Only drawback I see is the lack of an in-house restaurant and in turn room service.

We stayed at the Fort Manor on our first night in Kochi, and we were happy with the choice. The staff helped us at all times in arranging rides anywhere, calling other providers on our behalf (we speak no Malayalam), and just giving us great tips for things to do around town. We took a yoga lesson, a cooking class, attended a cultural performance (Kathakali, Bharata Natyam and more), saw the Chinese fishing nets... the works. Thanks for a great stay!

You need to find this hotel in Fort Cochin.
The only +ve I would like to mention about this hotel is its Brand New. Few of the many -ves: 1.Unknown hotel in the locality, You have to find it by your own. 2.Your TV will only work after 6Hrs of check in. 3. No Restaurant in the hotel so post check in you have to hunt for food outside. 4.No centralized AC. Limited choice for breakfast, though its complementary.

Great hotel
The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great but it is a little hard to find, as it is hidden in a small street close to Kathkali theatre, but we enjoyed our stay and the breakfast on the roof.

A clean, comfortable hotel with great location
We stayed here for three nights to see the Biennale. Despite its close proximity to the waterfront, the hotel is in a quiet location. Staff were helpful in every way. Our room was spacious, bright, and airy. Breakfast was served on the rooftop restaurant. Room came with free wi-fi. Highly recommended!

Overall nice stay, very clean, but noise problems
My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and overall had a really nice stay, probably one of the best hotels in all of our India travels, but there are issues to be aware of. First, while this hotel is located down a very quiet little street and in a great location, there is construction going on around the hotel. There’s a new hotel being built RIGHT next door, so do NOT take room 204 or other ones at that end of the hall (there are 2 floors of rooms). Behind the hotel on the backside, they are remodeling an existing building and we heard a band saw and a lot of pounding throughout the day. We had a serious problem with the front desk woman who checked us in. She just wasn’t very forthcoming and at times seemed deliberately unhelpful. On a positive note, this hotel is new, very clean, and SUPER comfortable, although the first sets of sheets and towels I had were gross: one towel even had pretty fresh/not cleaned blood on it, as did a pillow case with dried bloody stains. These were quickly replaced, and the rest of the stay we had better linens. The bathroom is GREAT with hot water anytime, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms come with sitting chairs, a table, and a desk, and they’re very spacious. A/C works great and they have a reliable generator for the daily power outages in Kerala. Lindo and Vinath were also super nice and took great care of us at breakfast, which is nice on the rooftop, although repetitive. Food quality was good.

Für kurze Aufenthalte okey...
Ich fand das Hotel überteuert für den Komfort... Das Zimmer wurde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, Internet im Zimmer war sehr schlecht. Man musste immer in das Erdgeschoss gehen um richtigen WIFI zu empfangen Zum Frühstueck gab es nicht sehr viel Auswahl. 78 Euro für zwei Nächte ist total überteuert für dieses Hotel, für den Preis kann man was besseres finden... Das Hotel Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

der Aufenthalt im Hotel war tadellos,wir waren von Expedia etwas enttäuscht,da nicht wie bei der Buchung angegeben ein Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer war und somit musten wir im Hoteleigenen Kühlschrank unsere Getränke aufbewahren ,was nicht jedes Hotel so machen würde und bei 32grad celsius die Getränke nur gekühlt erfrischen.Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut hatte jedoch gut gekühlt.

Très joli hôtel, tout neuf, impeccable et bien placé (proximité des carrelets chinois et des départs de visites et d'excursions). Les chambres sont vastes. Le staff et l'équipe de l'hôtel sont adorables et se mettent en 4 pour satisfaire les besoins ou envies de leurs clients. Selon votre intéret ils vous organisent des excursions personnalisées, toujours au meilleur rapport qualité prix. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et déliceux, présentés avec délicatesse. Les 2 rickshauws Jamal et Babou qui travaillent avec l'hôtel, n'ont par ailleurs pas leur pareil pour vous rendre les visites et excursions, fascinantes, et tout celà, pour des tarifs bien modestes, par rapport à la concurrence. Etoile montant de Fort Kochi
L'hotel est très bien place près du port de Fort Kochi. Les attractions et les boutiques et restaurants sont facilement joignables à pied. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais l'hotel n'a que deux étages pour les chambres plus un endroit sur le toit ou on prend le petit déjeuner qui est european et copieux. La chambre était grande et propre, la salle de bain typique pour l'Inde avec une douche qui inonde l'endroit. Il manque un frigo dans la chambre. Le Prix de la chambre était très raisonnable.
