Located in Mal Pais, a few minutes from Santa Teresa, Nicoya Villas is a beautiful 4 villa property with a pool and teak gazebo that was just built in 2019\. There is staff on site daily! Come experience our hospitality and you can check out guests reviews on our Facebook page and on Google. Golf carts, surfboards, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Wifi & cable included. The common area was a great place for the kids to swim, play ping pong and foosball. The unit was very clean, the air conditioning was such a relief to have. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There is a little market within walking distance where you could get most basic needs and food. Not too far from town, and I loved seeing monkeys in the trees in the morning! We would also walk to the beach to enjoy sunsets. Would stay again if we come back to CR. ##### Janel H. You can easily walk to the beach or rent a golf cart at the villas to go into town. This was a really great find, away from the commercial area. The pool is beautiful and there is a large shallow area where the kids can play. The lounge area has a ping pong table and games. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The staff was very helpful at check-in, always available, and super friendly. They helped us book a zip-lining tour and surf lessons. There is a small supermarket around the corner, and a nice restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking.
