This is a cool property in a great location, but it’s not a five star hotel. Firstly the breakfast is very limited in terms of what is included. The rooms are clean but not particularly comfortable or high end. The general design aesthetic is cool but impractical, the cast iron stairs are noisy and the steps down to spa are precarious and nothing is very comfortable (despite looking trendy). The location is perfection and the staff are kind and attentive. The air conditioning is dreadful - didn’t work effectively and made a dreadful noise. There is also some kind of extractor fan in the main court yard which is disturbing. Overall i wouldn’t recommend given price.

"Room very worn, minimal mismatched linens, scuffed wall paint, no AC, ceiling fan with a couple bare bulbs we unscrewed to make it dark, a toilet paper roll with about three turns left and no second roll, no seat on the toilet, and only one side of the window could be opened and it looked right into ..."
