"Friendly staff, the balcony rooms are nice! The movie theater is very unique. Lots of local restaurants in walking distance. There is not a elevator but you can request a ground floor room ahead of time by calling them."

Large lake property in Ten Mile, amazing sunset views, two boat slips, fire pit

10/10 Excellent
"We loved the place. We only wished that the room with the bunkbeds had had doors for more privacy but otherwise it fit our family (12 people - 4 generations - 6 years old to 89) really well. We enjoyed swimming from the dock, kayaking, and using our paddle board. We loved sitting on the deck (eating, talking, and enjoying the sunsets), cooking smores, and swinging on the tree swing. We visited the Lost Sea, hiked to the Upper Piney Falls, and swam near the dam (so the younger ones could swim where they could touch the bottom). We built lots of family memories that we will never forget! Thanks!!"

LAKE FRONT home at Lake Chickamauga FAMOUS for LARGEMOUTH BASS FISHING!

LAKE FRONT home at Lake Chickamauga FAMOUS for LARGEMOUTH BASS FISHING!

10/10 Excellent
"My family of 8 recently stayed here and it was so perfect and felt like home. The beds were comfy and inviting, the kitchen and island were spacious enough and included all the gadgets needed for preparing a meal. The water views from the back of the house were nice to look at and so peaceful. We were able to rent a pontoon from the marina and docked it at the house overnight. We didn't really want to leave! There were a few things we wish had been better. There was a bit of an ant issue on the main level around the backdoor and both bathrooms. Thankfully, we never saw any on the countertops in the kitchen. The bathroom on the lower level also had ants. Not a huge deal, but we were still careful about putting things on the floor. We also noticed that while the house appeared clean, there were some pretty decent cobwebs hanging around. Again, not a deal breaker, just unfortunate. We also wish there would've been a ladder on the dock to make it easier to get in and out of the water. One suggestion that would have worked better for our family and maybe others, too, was to add bunk beds in addition to or in place of the toddler bed. We weren't sure what to expect for a "child's bed." My daughter was a little too big for it, so she slept on the smaller couch. We really did enjoy our stay and it was the perfect location. We would love to return someday. Thank you for sharing your cute, little property with us!"

Gorgeous river front home with private boat dock

Gorgeous river front home with private boat dock

8/10 Good
"We were in town for our daughters wedding and really enjoyed our stay. The communication with the host was great. He was always prompt to reply to any questions I had. The home is lovely and is on the water with a beautiful view and boat dock and two large decks with plenty of space to sit and relax. The rooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. We brought a boat and there was plenty of room to park it. There is actually a ramp at the house, however it was too shallow to use. But there is a very nice dock right across the street if you're bringing a boat. A couple downsides that if addressed would make the place perfect. First of all, it was not clean. It looked like no one had been there in quite some time, but the return air vents in the wall were disqusting, the hood over the stove was filthy, and when we had to scoot the sofa back to access the cord to the lamp, there was hair, dust, and goldfish crackers all underneath. The window sills were all dirty with dirt, cob webs and dead bugs. I feel these are all very basic and obvious things to clean right in plain view with the exception of underneath the sofa. A couple of the comforters on the beds smelled soured. Basically the place is nice, but it needs a deep cleaning very badly. The only other thing that could be improved is a bit more things on hand for guests. The supply was very limited."
