Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and accessories needed, and the host was unbelievably responsive. Will stay again if we're back in the area!"

"We stayed for a week while boating at Lake Mead (about a 20-25 drive to the marina). The covered back patio was fantastic--my husband and I could work out there in the shade while the kids played in the pool endlessly. It's an older, spartan feeling home, but the price is right and totally clean with everything you need. Whenever any issues arose, the owners communicated immediately. Great place to stay where it's quiet but still close enough to the fun of Vegas."

"The house is tired and needs some updates, the vinyl flooring has large gaps in it and is starting to curl up, most furniture has stains, the carpet is ready to be replaced, paint is pealing off the cabinets. Easy fixes and then it would be in line with the very nice photos on the listing.The house was clean the pool was good and the neighborhood is quiet."
