The staff is very good, friendly and check in went smoothly. Room, bed, and bathroom were clean and comfortable however the pool needs some work and we could hear other guests. The hotel is great for a stop over one night stay.

The bed sheets and pillow cases were not laundered they smelled of cologne. the window was broken and very drafty. The help at the front desk was very sweet however not confident and unable to answer prudent questions. I actually considered getting in touch for a refund.

The shower didn’t work in the room we were placed in, however they were quick to move us to another room. We didn’t eat the breakfast. They were also very kind to let us do an extra late checkout as we were there for a soccer tournament.

Hotel was clean, not immaculate, but clean. Pool was open till 11 so we got to enjoy that but the hot tub jets didn't work. Clerk at front desk was very friendly and it was her first night working alone.

I needed a dog friendly room. The process was easy for check in and the front desk employee was very kind. The room was clean and my dog enjoyed the good night sleep we had as well. Breakfast was just like any Quality Inn standard. Had my coffee and some food. I'll stay here again.

The pool was great and hot tub. The staff was super friendly as well. The place is a bit older, but kept up pretty well. My issue was when we were checking in we used the restroom in the pool area and a pool towel was in there with poop all over it. Then later that night it was still there at 10pm so no one cleaned the bathroom, or even checked after the first time. That is extremely disturbing and gross.

When we arrived their was an audit in plain view doing cheerleading movements in the middle of the parking lot. It was clear there was something not right about her. She then went inside and was wondering around in plain view of staff with nothing said. Latter she was seen sitting in a vehicle in the lot playing drumsticks violently on the car windows. When we entered the hall past the lobby the smell of apparent Marijuana was prevalent. Went we took the staircase to our room and opened the door, our room reaked of it. We alerted staff twice with no concern paid. We have TWO children in this room. When we came back to the room that evening the smell was STILL noticeable and the complaint staff was again unacknowledged. We first floor room beneath ours very noticably smelled of this as we walked by so even a basic investigation would have alerted staff but for the smell to Pro cheer up into our room is over excessive

Great location. Quiet, spacious and relaxing. The only problem is the $30 per night pet deposit. It's the most I've ever paid and the only reason I wouldn't stay again. However, if you don't have a pet, this is a great place.

I stayed during homecoming weekend at Mizzou. The hotel was old, but clean. It provided peace and quiet away from all the festivities around Columbia.

Fast check in. The room was comfortable and clean and the king size bed was comfortable. This hotel is very close to the KATY trail which I was doing a long bike ride. The bottom floor room to facilitate my bike was quiet and I didn’t hear any noise from above. I will stay here again.

When you take a shower you dont want to feel slime or see other people's hair in yhe showet and tub. The floors should be vacuumed, swept and mopped better.

Not Worth the Price - Questionable Cleanliness
It was difficult to understand the front desk clerk. I thought he said it would be $25 pet fee, but the next morning I saw that I was charged $35. Hotels.com shows the pet fee as $10, which influenced my decision when picking the hotel. The clerk was rude when I brought up the discrepancy. Also, the towel looked used and wasn’t folded in a professional manor, which made me think it was from the last guest and not laundered. I didn’t touch it. Would not go back.
