Property was under renovations flooring was new but installed incorrectly, windows painted over, headboards missing, room was dirty, window sill covered in bugs, smoke detector wires sticking out of wall no detector in place, no tv remote but didn’t have any cable or antenna hooked to tv anyway, used mattress in hallway, outside parking lot in disrepair, toilet wouldn’t flush just to name a few things. We booked a 5 night stay and arrived at 230am left and requested a refund at 10am. Would have left immediately but drove 18 hours to get there. Place may be nice when finished it appeared to have been closed for a long time but shouldn’t be taking customers yet. I did receive a partial refund within a few hours on my card so that was a plus..

It’s okay!
I believe they’re renovating, as I saw a lot of uncompleted construction. Check in was quick and easy, my room was not the best but it did the job, and Joanna (the lady that checked me out) was very sweet! The only things I would change is the blanket...it felt more like a sheet so I brought an extra blanket from home. Lastly, we had a smoking room...but no ashtray was provided.😅

They were remodeling which I didn’t know so there was stuff all over the car port and outside my room window. Piles of sinks, counters, lamps etc. The employees were super sweet though. I don’t think I would visit again unless I couldn’t find another room. It was loud and by that I mean you could hear EVERYTHING inside your room. Everything echoed. The halls were narrow and had low ceiling which caused the echoing. I’m guessing the ceilings were maybe 7 or 8 feet tall. The beds were ok though. Not much lighting in the bathrooms but the mirror lights were pretty. The exhaust fans in the restrooms didn’t have covers on them so wires were exposed. I had 3 total rooms and they’re all the same. My reservations were so messed up and maybe that’s why I didn’t get all my nights stays. I’ll be contacting HOTELS.com about them.

They doing construction work in yjr lobby and dust was everywhere the workers had on mask. The worler turnrd on a fan and put dust all over me.the cahier gave me a smokers room with out asking. And when i pulled back the blanket there was a wash clothe in the bed

This property needs to be remodeled bad and I mean bad. No elevator they put us in a smoking room when clearly I requested for nonsmoking room. Their was roaches oh my God I dont do any roaches bugs rats or etc. We had to lysol everything down. U can rent rooms by the hour which me it was other type of traffic coming in if u know what i mean. We was in the area to see family that we haven't seen in about 3 years and love my stay with them but hotel was awful and we didnt have breakfast either cause we didnt trust it. Someone if they care need to close it down for remodeled. Last but not least floors are even sinking so please be careful just awful we check out Sunday at 2:30 in morning

Got to the property rang the bell at front desk waited more then ten minutes no one was there. Also in the room bathroom walls wasn't clean low maintenance in the bathroom with mildew the bathroom door didn't close properly the refrigerator had a bad smell the ice box was fill of ice, on Friday i mentioned to the housekeeper to leave extra towels they left the towels didn't clean the room at all. I put the room sign for maid service. I wont go back to that hotel at all.

It is the only hotel in the area, so a great business opportunity would be to build some competition. The property needs some work, but the staff was very nice. We got in very late and the room situation was messed up, so our room was not very clean.

Well, let me start by saying stay away if you can. The entire building smells. The front desk 'lost' one of the reservations - blamed it on the website even though we had both confirmation numbers. The rooms were barely clean, beds uncomfortable, temperature was barely tolerable in either room, mold in the bathrooms, even the picture in one of the rooms had mold! If the area had had another two rooms available, we would have been gone I promise you. Never been so glad to check out of a hotel.

I fell in the bathroom and reported it to the front desk. No one called to say sorry or are you doing good or nothing. The manager didn’t act concerned it was like she didn’t even care. I will never stay there again the flies were terrible and the hotel had and odor.

Found living bed bugs on mattress pad and multiple areas of dark staining where the bugs had tracked. The desk clerk stated there were other reports of bugs as he put on his rubber gloves to go clean the area. The Expedia rep did confirm he heard the clerk say that others had seen and reported bed bugs. I was on the phone with a Expedia rep attempting to get a refund, we left. I wish there was a section to post the pictures. The lights in the drive up area were all out. Very dark at night. This property needs much repair. We had no where to stay, we kept driving to our destination.
