Take a leisurely walk down the steps to your private beach landing area, where you can fish, swim, or simply relax on the sandy shore. Utilize the picnic table and gather your family and friends around the fire pit for a cozy evening. Feel free to bring your toys for added fun - whether it's boats, skis, paddleboards, or canoes, there's plenty of space to enjoy them here. Additionally, there's a private boat ramp in the community along with a public park for your convenience. This rate includes electric, sewer, and water.
