"Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room. "

"This property was everything that it said it was in the listing. It was perfect distance from our conference for college Bowling. We absolutely love this place and will be definitely booking it next year for conference if it’s available. It was also really nice that it was fully stocked with everything that we may have needed kitchen bathroom, bedding, Its, etc.. I don’t think we could’ve asked for anything more. It was just absolutely wonderful. "

"This was our third stay at this hotel. We had to wait in the lobby during check-in for them to “inspect” our room. When we got to our room, the floor was sticky, there were no wash clothes, no soap, and the shampoo was empty. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. We were trying to get ready to go out for dinner at this point. So, I went downstairs to get it from someone else. The lady that answered the phone about shampoo knocked on our door 2 hours later with the shampoo. It’s usually loud at the hotel with people yelling and thumping as well. I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again. "

"I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. "

"We couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The place was way cleaner and nicer than expected. The villa was quite inexpensive when comparing it with others in Cincinnati and it was in a cute neighborhood. If you want to be near the zoo or hospital it would serve you well. We didn't need to be near those things but it was a great location with easy access to the freeway and the rest of Cincinnati. Would definitely recommend staying here, but large SUVs need to understand you will likely not fit in the parking lot in back. We tried, but it was way too tight due to other cars near the spot. There was plenty of parking in front and if you make a 5-point turn you'll be good! We didn't go to the restaurants or coffee in the area, but they seemed to be great places the locals love to go to. The nearby park was wonderful for walking our dog as well.Communication was excellent throughout and we would definitely stay here again."
